We have invested heavily in our infrastructure that is spread over the large area and equipped with all the required latest machines, equipment and tools. The installed machines and equipments are updated as per the latest market trend in order to manufacture over 2,00,000 pieces per month, as per the set standards.

Infrastructure
Understanding the importance of robust infrastructure, we have paid due attention towards our ultra modern infrastructure. Our infrastructure is well equipped with all the latest machinery and equipments that exhibit high efficiency and give excellent performance during operation. They can efficiently accomplish the production of even large volumes within the shortest period of time.
Fluke Multimeter - It is a digital multimeter, which we use as a test tool to measure electrical values — voltage (volts), current (amps) and resistance (ohms). It helps us ensure that the quality we deliver to the clientele is as per the specifications.
Agilient Spectrum Analyzer - It measures the magnitude of an input signal versus frequency within the full frequency range of the instrument. We use this device to ensure the quality and its primary use is to measure the power of the spectrum of known and unknown signals.
Electronic DC Loads - An electronic load is a type of instrument that applies a voltage and sinks current. Also known as a DC programmable load, these AC or DC electronic loads are used by power supply to ensure a thorough test in our power sources while manufacturing the articles.
Hameg Spectrum Analyzer - As a frequency analyzer, we use this spectrum analyzer to document and analyze electrical input signals as well as spectral compositions of other signals. Its Frequency Range is from 0.15 MHz - 500 MHz, which helps us get better results for the SMPS/Adapters manufactured as per our client specifications.
Juki SMT Pick n Places - It is a robotic machine which we use in SMT (surface mount technology) component placement systems. These are used to place surface-mount devices (SMDs) onto a printed circuit board (PCB) as per pre-defined locations and criteria.
EMS Wave Soldering Machine - For the elegance in design and clean work, we use the EMS Wave Soldering Machine, which consists of a heated tank of solder. This is maintained at the required temperature for the soldering process. Within the tank, a wave of solder is set up and the printed circuit boards are passed over this so that the underside of the board just contacts the solder wave.
